Ready to Get Your Hands in Clay?
Our pottery throwing experience invites you to explore the wheel, experiment with clay, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating. It’s $40 per ball of clay, which covers:
✔️ Your full time at the wheel
✔️ Access to basic tools, water bucket & sponge (for use during your session)
✔️ Apron use (provided on-site)
✔️ A pre-centered ball of self-hardening clay, ready and waiting for you on the wheel.
✔️Your piece made of self-hardening clay, packaged for pick up the following day.
You’ll have the freedom to shape, squish, and spin to your heart’s content. A potter will be working nearby on the porch — you’re welcome to watch, listen for tips, or ask for help if needed. We also provide an instructional video to help get you started.
Your pottery piece will be available for you to pick up the following day, so plan accordingly. The self-hardening clay is not suitable for use, only for decoration. You can paint the piece with acrylic paint once you get it home if you’d like!
No need for a reservations, just come on into the shop! Payment for this experience will be taken in-store upon arrival.
