I was very excited to receive my coffee mug, but I did not receive anything resembling the photo I ordered from. I realize that each mug is unique, but neither the color, shape or size was close to what I expected. I probably will limit my purchases from Alewine pottery to in person only from now on. Which is sad since I live 5 hours away. I did email as soon as I received it, but I did not get a response.
